By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program: North Texas Water Solutions customer messaging, including our Water Planning Assistant.
What you'll receive: replies to your questions, water treatment recommendations and estimates, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, and service updates related to your inquiry or installation. We send promotional messages only if you have separately agreed to receive them.
How you opt in: by texting our number, or by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on a form or in our website chat.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

The Water Planning Assistant
Our Water Planning Assistant is an AI assistant. It provides general information and preliminary recommendations based on what you tell it. It does not test your water, and its responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Recommendations, sizing, and pricing it provides are estimates only and are not a quote, offer, or guarantee. Please don't rely on it for health or medical decisions about your water.
Estimates, pricing, and installation
Prices shown on our website are typical ranges, not offers. Your final price depends on your home, plumbing, water conditions, and the equipment selected, and is provided in a written quote. Installation and service work is governed by the written quote or agreement you accept, including its warranty terms, which control over anything on this website.
Use of our website
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by submitting false information, interfering with the site's operation, or attempting to access systems or data without authorization.
